TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 "EP Event Group", "We", "Our" or "Us" means the mobile DJ service company providing services under these terms.

1.2 "Client", "You" or "Your" refers to the person, group, or organization hiring EP Event Group for mobile DJ services.

1.3 "Event" refers to the occasion for which we are hired by the Client.

2. SERVICES

2.1 EP Event Group agrees to provide mobile DJ services for the Event as agreed upon with the Client.

2.2 EP Event Group will conduct themselves in a professional manner, adhering to all relevant industry standards and practices.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 All payments are to be made as per the agreed contract. Failure to do so might result in the termination of services.

4. CANCELLATION

4.1 In the event of cancellation by the Client, we reserve the right to retain any deposit or payments made up until the point of cancellation.

5. LIABILITY

5.1 EP Event Group shall not be held liable for any damages or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, power outages, equipment failure, or other acts of God.

6. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 The Client acknowledges that any music, audio, video, or other copyrighted material played or performed by EP Event Group at the Event are the property of their respective copyright holders and EP Event Group is licensed to play or perform them.

7. PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORSING

7.1 Unless expressly agreed upon, EP Event Group may take photographs or video recordings of the Event for use in promotional material. The Client consents to such usage.

8. CODE OF CONDUCT

8.1 Any forms of abuse or harassment towards our staff will not be tolerated, and may result in the immediate termination of services without refund.

9. AMENDMENTS TO THIS AGREEMENT

9.1 EP Event Group reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The Clients continued use of our services after any change will constitute the Clients acceptance of such change.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

10.1 This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which EP Event Group is located.

By accepting our services, you agree to be bound by the above EP Event Group Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms of Service, you must not utilize our services.

11. PRIVACY POLICY

11.1 All data collected from the Client will be handled and stored in accordance with the principles of our Privacy Policy.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.1 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration.

Your hiring of EP Event Group for an event indicates your acceptance of these Terms of Service and forms a binding agreement between you and EP Event Group. Please ensure you have read and understood all the terms before hiring us.
